60) Parity: Negates both user and enemy’s bonuses from skills, terrain, and support. LVL 1.
61) Pass: Allows the user to move through enemy occupied spaces. Static. LVL 15.
62) Pavise: Damage from swords, axes, lances, monsters, and beaststones is halved. Roll SKL%. General only. LVL 25
63) Prescience: Increases HIT and AVOID by 10 when the user instigates combat. Static. LVL 15.
64) Provoke: Cause enemies within 5 squares to target the user. Activate 1/turn. LVL 1
65) Quick Burn: User starts each skirmish with +15 HIT and AVOID. The user then loses one point from this bonus at the end of each turn. LVL 15.
66) Rally [Stat]: This skill is a major action to activate. Upon activation, it increases the relevant stat by 4 points of all allies within a 3 square radius of the user for 1 turn. If the stat chosen is Luck, the bonus is 8, and if the stat chosen is Movement, the bonus is only 1. LVL 15. The character must also have the chosen stat as one of his or her Class Bonus Stats or Character Stat. For Rally Movement, the character must already have a movement of 7 or higher.
67) Rally Spectrum: This skill operates as Rally [Stat] except that the bonus is 4 to every stat except Movement, which gains no bonus. Grandmaster only. LVL 25
68) Relief: If at the start of the character’s turn, no other units are within a 3 square radius, the character recovers 20% of its max HP. LVL 5.
69) Renewal: Heal 30% of max HP at start of turn. War Clerics and War Monks only. LVL 25

74) Slayer: Triple damage against monster units. Learned with promote to Bishop, War Cleric, War Monk.
75) Slow Burn: The character gains +1 to HIT and AVOID every turn to a maximum of +15. LVL 15.
76) Smite: Allows the user to Shove 2 squares instead of 1. Static. LVL 1
77) Sol: Recover ½ damage dealt in HP. Roll SKL%. LVL 15
78) Solidarity: Increases the Critical Hit Chance and LUK (only for the purposes of avoiding Critical Hits) of adjacent allies by 10. Tactician LVL 15. Others LVL 25.
79) Special Song/Dance: Whenever the character plays a song or dances for an ally, that ally gains a +2 bonus to STR, MAG, DEF, and RES until the next turn. Bard/Dancer only. LVL 15.
